What is included in a Grief Doula session with Sundari?

Each space is curated to give you what you need on the specific day that we meet. Sessions always begin with guided Breathwork. There is time for a check in, to determine if talking is best for you at the moment or if an activity or movement would be more beneficial at the time.  Somatic movement, Journaling, Meditation, a plan and recipes for healthy healing meals that week, Plant medicine guidance, Sound therapy, Rituals and space for you to be heard are all included. Each support program also includes daily action steps to help you move forward in your life without being overwhelmed by your loss.

Private Yoga for Grief

Guided Deep Relaxation for Grief

Single Rate $75

3 sessions $205

Payment is accepted via Paypal, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy and your packages are valid for 9 months.

 

 

Pricing for Death Doula services must be determined after a consultation. My fees range between $3000 to $3500.

Listening and holding space for all that you are experiencing first and foremost. Facilitating difficult conversations with friends and family members. Healing touch through gentle massage and reflexology. Spiritual guidance. Sound healing through sacred song and healing frequencies. Ritual and ceremony to prepare for your transition from this physical realm. Funeral, burial and logistical planning. Support for your Caregivers and loved ones.

I am located in Europe, and In Person services are only available in Europe at this time.

You will reap the benefits when you are able to dedicate yourself fully to this experience.

This is not to be squeezed in to ones daily schedule and around usual responsibilities.

This is a RETREAT from your daily life.
