These private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Each 60-minute experience is thoughtfully tailored to your body, your life stage, and your intentions. Whether you are seeking strength, restoration, mobility, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, this space is created for you.

Sessions are available for:

  • Children – playful, grounding, and developmentally supportive
  • Mom & Baby – gentle, bonding-focused movement and recovery
  • Prenatal – nurturing support for the changing body and nervous system
  • Postpartum / Post-Labor – rebuilding strength, stability, and connection
  • Injury Support – mindful, therapeutic movement for recovery and pain management
  • Adults (All Levels) – from foundational to advanced, always attuned to your needs

 

Drawing from over 20 years of experience, each session may weave together:

  • Yoga asana (movement)
  • Breathwork
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Gentle somatic awareness

 

This is not a one-size-fits-all class.

It is a guided, intentional practice designed to support your body in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and deeply restorative.

Private Guided Rest

No experience necessary.
60-minute guided session.

Create a quiet space, settle in comfortably, and allow yourself to simply rest.

This practice is inspired by Yoga Nidra, an ancient yogic tradition sometimes called “yogic sleep.” Originating in India and refined through centuries of meditative practice, Yoga Nidra guides the body into a deeply restorative state between waking and sleep — a space where profound healing and nervous system repair can occur.

During the session, I gently guide you through calming breathwork, body awareness, and visualization practices designed to help the nervous system soften and release.

You do not need to perform or achieve anything in this practice. Simply lying down, listening, and allowing the body to receive rest is enough.

Over time, this deep rest can support emotional integration, clearer thinking, and a renewed sense of connection to your inner self.

Death Doula Services

For the Individual or Family

I offer compassionate presence and sacred support for those approaching the end of life, and for the families who walk beside them.

Within a respectful and sacred space, I hold gentle space for reflection on the life that has been lived — honoring memories, stories, relationships, and the meaning woven through a lifetime.

I can help facilitate important conversations with loved ones, creating space for truth, reconciliation, gratitude, and peace where it is needed most.

Practical guidance is also offered to support funeral, burial, and end-of-life planning, helping to ease logistical burdens so that families may focus on connection and presence.

Our time together may include sacred chant, calming energetic body work, and grounding practices that support the nervous system and invite deep rest.

Where desired, I guide meaningful rituals drawn from ancient traditions to help honor the transition from this life with dignity, reverence, and care.

Nourishment is also part of this tending. Soulful vegetarian, ayurvedic or vegan meals may be prepared to bring comfort and warmth during this tender time.

Whether you are navigating the demands of caregiving, living with anticipatory grief, processing a recent loss, or carrying grief that has lived quietly within you for many years, this support program is designed to walk alongside you.

Grief touches every part of our being — emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational. Because of this, healing requires a full-spectrum approach that honors the complexity of what you are carrying.

Our sessions create a compassionate space where your grief can be witnessed without judgment or pressure to “move on.” Together we work gently with the body, the mind, and the spirit, allowing space for both sorrow and renewal.

Sessions may include sacred movement to help the body release held emotion, meditation and breathwork to calm the nervous system, meaningful rituals to honor loss and transition, guided nutrition to support the body during times of stress, plant-based healing practices where appropriate, expressive writing to give voice to what has been difficult to speak, and thoughtful guidance as you begin to shape life forward in a new way.

Most importantly, there is space for you to speak your grief — to be heard, witnessed, and supported.

Grief Support For The Loss of Identity

Many people are living through a profound and often unnamed grief — the loss of identities, roles, and systems that once gave shape and stability to life.

Across the world, people are grieving the disappearance of familiar landscapes:
land that once held family stories, work that once provided purpose, communities that once felt secure, and institutions that once promised safety or belonging.

Jobs have vanished.
Homes and homelands have been left behind.
Faith traditions have shifted or fractured.
Social systems that once felt dependable no longer hold the same certainty.

For many, these losses have come quietly and all at once — leaving people feeling disoriented, uprooted, or unsure of who they are becoming.

Yet there are few spaces in our culture to acknowledge this kind of grief.
Few rituals to honor the identities we have had to release while continuing to move forward in a changing world.

So many are carrying this weight alone — without language, without ceremony, and without support to process the deep transitions unfolding within their lives.

Our sessions create a gentle container to explore the grief that arises when identities shift and familiar structures fall away. Together we make space to mourn what has been lost while slowly listening for what is emerging.

Sessions may include rituals for honoring transitions, meditation and breathwork to settle the nervous system, gentle movement practices, guided reflection and expressive writing, nourishment for body and spirit, plant-based healing practices where appropriate, and compassionate guidance as you begin to re-orient toward the person you are becoming.

This work is not about forcing answers.
It is about creating space for grief, dignity, and renewal.
